My project is about the the solar city the solar city is a city completely powered by a solar panels that is used to charge the battery pack that produces electricity to light up the house in the city.

I created this model to show an example of how solar energy is transformation of heat, the energy that comes from the sun. It has been used for thousand of years in many different ways by people all over the globe. It is becoming cheaper to make electricity from solar energy because the sun always gives heat when it out, solar energy can be considered as renewable energy and an alternative to non-renewable resource like coal and oil. I had 2 question that in mind that what is solar energy and what are the uses of it?

Solar energy is the most abundant energy source on earth. the uses of solar power are, heating buildings and cooking. To generate electricity with solar cells or heat engines. To take the salt away from sea water. To use sun rays for drying clothes and towels. It is used by plants for the process of photosynthesis. The sun does more than for are planet than just provide light during daytime-each particle of sunlight (called a photon) that reaches earth contains energy that fuels are planet. Solar energy is the ultimate source that is responsible for all our weather systems and energy surfaces on earth, and enough solar radiations hits the surface of the planet earth that theoretically fill our global needs for nearly an entire year. In addition to producing electricity, lower temperature variations of solar thermal projects can be used for heating.
