My research question is ‘does regular use of mouth wash do more harm than good if it kills germs as it claims? My hypothesis is the use of mouthwash has no affect on the number and diversity of germs in the mouth because bacteria doubles its growth every twenty minutes. Mouthwash has no long term affects since the bacteria grows back quickly. That means that it just makes or harder for the bad bacteria or for the good bacteria to grow.
